The B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the execution of marketing programs that touch the entire customer journey, from building large-scale brand awareness to driving customer leads and sales conversions. This role focuses on developing B2B customer-centric strategies and marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, digital and other innovative campaigns. You will lead audience identification and development, campaign creation, lead generation, sales enablement and other activities for new business acquisition. You will wear many hats as you collaborate across the Rockpoint organization.
Responsibilities
- Build our digital marketing roadmap
- Manage all marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, promotions, print ads, social media and direct mail) to ensure brand consistency
- Generate qualified leads of prospective customers via digital and traditional channels (paid search, digital advertising, trade shows, direct mail, etc.)
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction and ultimately conversions
- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
- Motivate marketing team to achieve goals
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to increase market share
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics, while ensuring campaign and content messaging and positioning aligns with services, brand and acquisition metrics
- Build scalable lead generation programs in partnership with Sales
- Create and execute marketing calendars and programs, focusing on prospecting and in-funnel marketing activities to grow the business via direct acquisition and cross selling
- Produce campaign and marketing reports for senior leadership, using data to drive decisions.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, personas, services, value propositions and the buyer’s journey
- Support the Sales team with enablement materials and campaigns to help accelerate the sales cycle and produce consistent repeat business stream
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degreepreferably in marketing, business or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on B2B marketing program execution experience and 2+ years of management a marketing team, demonstrating increasing impact and responsibility. Experience working in the legal field or with law firms is a plus
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, CRM software and Mail-chimp
- Excellent project and time management, and analytical, organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Proven fluent to native English
- Ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues.
- Experience creating visually striking decks and presenting to C-level executives. Comfortable communicating with senior leadership.
- Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, video conference and in-person
- Team player and strong leader with a take-charge attitude, who enjoys to work independently with little to no supervision
