Job Description
Endeavor is leading the global high-impact entrepreneurship movement to drive long-term economic growth and build strong entrepreneurship ecosystems in growth markets by selecting, mentoring, and accelerating the best high-impact entrepreneurs.
We are seeking a top-caliber professional to join our Open Innovation team who is passionate about entrepreneurship and believes in Endeavor’s mission to support entrepreneurs to catalyze growth and change in entrepreneurial ecosystems around the world. On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee the successful execution of the different programs to promote innovation though the approach of entrepreneurs with corporates.
Open Innovation is the team responsible for building bridges between High Impact Entrepreneurs high impact and large corporations or institutions that share our genuine desire to break paradigms and transform industries and countries through innovation and co-creation.
Main Responsabilities:
- Strategic design and continuous improvement of programs
- Standardization of processes to optimize operation
- Execution, monitoring and control of projects
- Guarantee that the program is carried out in a timely manner
- Point of contact with the corporate
- Strategic communication with all stakeholders
- Risk management
Requirements
- Self-motivated.
- Strong background, interest, and passion for business, entrepreneurship, innovation, and/or international development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Excellent Spanish and English communication skills, both oral and written
- A roll up the sleeves attitude: is willing to go from interacting with executives and mentors one minute to taking detailed notes the next.
- High interpersonal and organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Deep strength in business areas and an understanding of finance, with an ability to identify and evaluate entrepreneurs, business models, growth markets and business trends and companies
