There is a lot that goes into building an Integrated Ministry Platform and Logos Bible Software. We are looking for an organized self-starter Data Engineering Team Lead who can help organize and accelerate analytics development tasks. Join us as we make revolutionary technology for administration and discipleship for churches all over the world.
Team leads build products and coach team members. In this role you’d be wrangling data and writing code, leading one on ones, participating in the on-call rotation, and organizing the team to meet deadlines. Ideal candidates would also have experience in data governance, big data, and migrating to and using cloud analytics platforms.
Requirements
You will be someone who can work well in a diverse environment of different analytics tools and technologies. You should have expertise in traditional analytics disciplines such as ETL/ELT and data warehousing, and also with writing application code.
- Experience building both software and analytics systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Experience leading teams of 3 or more people
- A passion to continually advance your leadership and technical skills in a collaborative setting
- Strong sense of customer empathy
