Job Description
There is a lot that goes into building an Integrated Ministry Platform and Logos Bible Software. We are looking for Senior Full-stack Software Developers who can help us build awesome web software. Join us as we make revolutionary technology for administration and discipleship for churches all over the world. The ideal candidate will be able to work on front-end UI, develop the supporting back-end services, and has a passion for building elegant solutions.
You will be someone who can work well in a diverse environment of different languages and technologies. You should have expertise in responsive web and single page applications, but you will also have opportunities in the services, data, and architecture overall.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Software development experience with multiple release cycles
- Expert-level software development skills, including cross-browser HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, and database technologies
- Experience building mobile and desktop UI for the web
- History of providing positive technical leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices amp; standard methodologies for the full software development process, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Front-end experience with recent standards in: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, C#, and React
- Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
- Experience with Restful API design and implementation
- Strong sense of customer empathy and desire to influence the product direction
