Job Description:
- The LATAM Channels amp; Alliances Manager will work with both indirect and direct sales channels throughout LATAM, reporting to the VP Channels amp; Alliances for the Americas, recruiting, enabling and supporting a network of partners in order to drive partner sourced, influenced, and fulfilled revenue.- You will be accountable for developing a strategy to generate an incremental sales pipeline, increasing efficiency via sales and technical enablement, joint marketing, post-sales support, and demonstrating how to sell the value of Neo4j.- In this position you will split their time in the following areas: - 50% Identify and develop new channel partners - 15% Manage existing partners - 35% Grow overall sales in LATAM.- Own a new and expansion ARR quota and pipeline creation goal in the region.- Develop a partner onboarding and training program appropriate for the region.- Develop and manage the indirect channel through partners and alliances with alignment to the direct channel and Neo4j’s strategy.- Administer and manage programs that will lead partners to achieve objectives: such as business / sales plan and lead generation in the LATAM region and with a focus on the major markets in the region.- Proactively help prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline with partners’ sales and marketing teams in the region, coordinating with Neo4j marketing, sales engineering, customer success and other teams as appropriate.Requirements:
- University academic degree- 5 years of experience in Channel amp; Alliance Management- Relevant experience in the database, business intelligence and/or data analytics industry- Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once- Demonstrate strong stakeholders’ management- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments in different time zones- Strong presentation and communication skills- Results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on pipeline, conversion, revenue, and other sales goals- Analytically, exceptional organizational skills, with rigorous attention to detail- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with tight deadlines- Have a strong sense of curiosity and passion for learning- Demonstrate aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility with a high EQ and self-awareness- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, Word/Documents, PowerPoint/Slides and Partner Relationship Management systems is a plus.- Ability to travel to events when needed post-pandemic.- Languages: Fluent in Spanish, Mastery of English; Preference for someone who also speaks Portuguese, but not requiredExpected results and success metrics:
- Quantifiable improvements in commercial performance by partner and channel, including pipeline growth, velocity and ARR closed by quarter and by year.Location: This is a remote work opportunity covering LATAM; the ideal candidate will be located in Miami, Florida, USA, São Paulo or Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, or Mexico City, Mexico and will be expected to travel throughout/to Latin America (up to 30% travel)Why Join Neo4j?
