- Is to lead new hire training, focusing on product knowledge and selling and service tools and techniques
- Is to provide training and in the moment coaching and feedback in order to encourage professional development and growth
- Is to seek to continuously evolve and elevate the in store guest experience, in partnership with store leadership and brand partners
- Is to support with additional projects that build community and enhance employee experience

- Ensuring the full team is up to date on all training and service guidelines
- Positively communicating store and company policies and strategies
- Updating the team on sales, KPIS, targets, and the status of goals on a regular basis
- Interacting with guests on the retail floor, providing product education and an exceptional guest experience to each individual
- Opening and closing the store as required and providing leadership to the team
Are you this person?
- You have two or more (2+) years of retail sales and training experience
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to team members and guests
- You love what you do and love to educate others
- You have outstanding oral and written communication skills, and a deep understanding of your impact
- You are self-motivated, and enjoy problem solving
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
