We aim to do good things with good people. The Software Developer Semi Senior is responsible for Brazils Development Countrypack. The role requires a technically capable and motivated person who is comfortable handling multiple expectations in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for improvements in Brazils Development Countrypack.
- As part of a team of developers, contribute to the Vista suite products, researching, design, implement and manage software programs.
- Contribute to the team atmosphere in a positive and professional manner
- Assist in the adoption of scrum / agile development practices
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency, learn new skills, and generate positive outcomes and results.
- Responsible for fiscal integrations and integrations with third parties.
- Writing high-quality code to program complete applications on schedule.
- Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications.
- Perform unit and integration testing before launch.
- Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
.
Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
- 4+ years in the software industry
- Bachelor’s degree in related areas
- Positive and collaborative team member
- Proven ability to effectively manage a varied and busy workload and to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese (Native or advanced)
- Intermediate level of English language
- Dominance of the Spanish language is a plus
- Experience working with modern software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum
- Code sharing, reviews, and high-quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and programming.
- Experience with .NET (C # and VB.NET) and other object-oriented languages.
- Knowledge of relational databases. Experience with SQL Server desirable.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git and TFS.
- DDD (Domain Driven Design) desirable
- Experience with integrations with third parties such as payment platforms, electronic invoicing, fiscal printers, etc. is a plus
- Knowledge in Web API /Web Services
- Experience writing class libraries
- Experience of all phases of SDLC
