Then keep on readingReporting directly to the Head of Operations, you’ll be accountable for managing our Warehouse, to ensure operations run smoothly, scale quickly and keep profitable levels while offering our customers the best experience to make their loved ones happy.About the Challange- Your job scope will cover:
- Own the Pamp;L of the warehouse with full responsibility to keep our profitability levels
- Optimize our production line and the delivery process of the gifts and arrangements we produce.
- Scale operations to reach our aggressive growth targets with sustainable operations
- Forecast supplies and material needed and purchase goods according to that estimation in order to reduce waist
- Understand customer expectations and proactively propose new categories of products we could manage to help increase our sales.
- Ensure the quality of our products to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Claiming ownership of customers’ issues/problems, following each case through resolution and making sure the root cause has been thoroughly handled
- Create analyses to generate actionable insights.
- Drive the transformation of insights into real-life solutions.
About You- This is a great opportunity to grow your career by rolling up your sleeves and building an e-commerce business from scratch in the country. We know that sounds ambitious, therefore the minimum requirements to handle the challenge are as follows:
- Ideally 2-3 years of progressive experience in dynamic, fast-paced industries, managing and operational site (warehouse, retail or productive locations)
- Hands-on amp; progressive experience in an operational function or logistics in B2C industry (e-commerce experience will be preferable)
- Previous experience managing people and dealing with daily workers
- Advanced in English
- Result-oriented profile comfortable with working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Retail experience or e-commerce experience is a plus.
- A deep desire to work in a startup environment, helping the company grow
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant academic disciplinesor equivalent work experience
