- Your job scope will cover:
- Create Purchase orders and Sales orders on AX
- Ensure the correct allocation of Costs to the different cost center
- Create working papers to analyze accounting at subsidiary level
- Active participation during month end close, external audit and annual tax
- Verify all tax treatment policies and procedures are applied during the invoice processing.
- Verify during the payment process the existence of authorizations according to internal procedures and the company’s control.
- Provide support for our treasurer in Head Quarter for payments done in Mexico
About You
- This is a great opportunity to join a tech company by rolling up your sleeves and build an ecommerce business from scratch in the country. We know that sounds ambitious, therefore the minimum requirements to handle the challenge are as follows:
- Bachelor's degree2-3 years of experience in accounting
- Experience with Microsoft AX highly prefered
- Result-oriented profile comfortable with working under pressure to meet deadlines
- English and Spanish proficiency
- Strong Excel and analytical skills needed
