Zipdev is looking to add another remote Technical Recruiter to our team!

Are you a bilingual technical recruiter looking to join a team of international recruiters and engineers? Have you been successful in recruiting and hiring Software Developers, Designers, and Testers? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment? Do you know how to talk tech and identify strong engineers? If you said yes, then we want to meet you!

As a Zipdev Technical Recruiter you will be on the hunt for the top technical talent in Latin America looking to work at Zipdev. The role of the Technical Recruiter is to source candidates for new positions, interview and present on the best of the best from LatAm to our clients.

Zipdev's mission is to provide excellent software design and development services to companies in the USA, while providing our designers, developers and other team members with rewarding careers while working remotely from their very own home office.


Responsibilities
  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen technical resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Requirements

  • BiLingual English and Spanish
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, zoom, hangouts and structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
