Multiplica Talent is looking for you! We are a human resources consultancy specializing in digital talent.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator focused on cross-functional creative team alongside art direction, creative direction, verbal identity amp; motion graphics to bring insights into brand efforts. You will use your leadership skills to ensure the content creators complete all projects on time and with the highest quality while being a team player and providing support for production needs. In doing so, you will be on the front lines of bringing to us creative vision to life.

You will:

• Develop a production strategy amp; prioritize opportunity areas based on customer value, business impact, talent skills and technical feasibility.
• Ensure your team has a healthy balance of innovation providing maintenance and support
• Distribute workforce enabling our content creators to find a work mode best for them
• You will pave the way for a bold brand that allows and empowers content creators to make their craft.
• Manage the creative studio’s scope and deadlines
• Serve as a backup for workflows and overflow production needs
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes to contracts
• Communicate with the creative team to ensure production is completed on time and with high quality pre- and post-production
• Analyze and understand the team's scope to define if we need new talent or outsource
• Evaluate, update and revise processes to scale and adapt to an ever-growing business.
• Anticipate crypto business needs with creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency while looking for ways to elevate the brand keeping it fresh, innovate, simple and bold.

Requirements

You have:

• You’re passionate about the opportunity to help artists amp; content creators succeed.
• You have experience working as a Product Manager/ Project Manager in cross-functional product teams that have brand efforts at scale.
• You have experience working with a wide range of collaborators in a global organization, and understand what it takes to influence and inspire teams.
• You’re a compelling storyteller amp; writer who can communicate in succinct and inspiring ways to a variety of audience types.

• Interest in learning about the cryptocurrency industry.
• Fluency in English and spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the world.

• You have 3+ years of Product Management / Project Management experience working closely with creative teams
