Multiplica Talent is looking for you! We are a human resources consultancy specializing in digital talent.
We are looking for a Motion Design Director focused on overseeing and monitor animation amp; motion graphics production for multiple projects, someone who is eager to commit to our highly creative and bold brand, to push the barriers of how our brand moves within our creative content. An ideal candidate is someone who’s an excellent communicator and collaborator, who can power through projects independently but thrive just as much in a team setting. You will:
- The execution and on-time delivery of high-quality creative motion design work.
- Coach and mentor a team of Motion Designers, 3D Motion Designers, Sound Designers, and Video Editors to deliver their best creative work and grow in their career.
- Collaborate with artists, creatives, designers, and writers to deliver delightful and communicative content.
- Advice on and help evolve the motion identity of Bitso to be articulated within our brand guidelines, motion amp; sound system.
- Hiring, training, and supervising motion design talent.
- Collaborate with internal partners ensuring roles and project scale and scope are clearly defined.
- Direct external partners and vendors when necessary to ensure the brand vision, tone and voice is always coming off appropriately and successfully.
- Lead by example by following and enforcing team processes, procedures and expectations.
- Evaluate and revise processes to scale and adapt to an ever-growing business.
- Independent ownership. Anticipate crypto business needs with creative solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency while looking for ways to elevate the brand keeping it fresh, innovative, simple and bold.
Requirements
You have:
- Interest in learning about the cryptocurrency industry.
- An online portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and impeccable craft with speed and efficiency across a variety of projects.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Expertise in motion graphics software.
- Experience establishing branded motion graphic systems to play out through campaigns and seasonal projects.
- You must be familiar with analyzing briefs, the problems brands are trying to solve, and how to deliver an effective response.
- You should have an understanding of the traditional and digital advertising landscape.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the world.
- A Bachelor's degree and approximately 5-7 years experience working on a dedicated creative team at an agency, brand or platform.
