Job Description
Multiplica Talent is looking for you! We are a human resources consultancy specializing in digital talent.
We are looking for a Visual Designer focused on mobile design to take full ownership of the end-to-end user experience for digital products; creating them from inception to delivery. And ensuring that meet customer needs and business goals.
As a Visual Designer, you will rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading visual designfrom concept to execution. The Visual Designer is instrumental in making beautifully crafted digital experiences for mobile and web products; you know how to create a powerful story through visual content. You will work closely with product designers and content designers to deliver visual content and with UI designers and Engineers to excel in execution.
You will
Deliver creative illustrations and visual assets that bring our product to life.
Generate and translate concepts into simple and elegant user experiences and interfaces that satisfy both business and user needs.
Create clear, inclusive, and accessible visual content.
Understand and empathize with how the visual content in our products makes our users feel.
Validate and measure the content you generate with users to ensure it properly serves their needs.
Identify opportunities where visual content can complement the written content.
Work closely with the UI team to maintain, build and evolve our Design System.
Be able to present, explain, and justify your visual design to stakeholders and in all sprint demos.
Communicate constantly with the Arts amp; Creative team to ensure our products' visual style is aligned with the brand guideline.
Stay on top of all trends and, at the same time, maintain best practices following our Design System guidelines.
Advocate for visual design and find new ways to help others understand its value.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree and approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience as a visual designer.
Fluency in English. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Delightful creative ideas, fastidious attention to detail, and innovative strategic thinking.
A portfolio showcasing an extensive understanding of design principles and advanced graphic design and illustration skills.
Strong skills with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience with Figma is a plus.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams.
Excellent communication skills. You can bring internal stakeholders on your design journey and support your decisions with focus and brevity.
Sense adhering to and developing style and identity guidelines.
Experience with Motion graphics is a plus.
