Job Description

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Monterrey office.

** English fluency is a must **

** Shift availability:

- 7:00 am to 4 pm / Alternate weekends


  1. Giving regular updates on idling trailers in Mexico and following up with the concerned Carrier/Customer to make sure the units are put back into utilization.
  2. Billing Carrier/Customer for detention.
  3. Reporting damages on a trailer and making sure it is put Out of Service in the system for the visibility of Operations.
  4. Following up with liable Carrier/Customer to get:
    • Proper Damage Pictures
    • Interchange form and damage report
    • Co-ordinating with Brampton team for invoices
    • Generating weekly reports and sending those to associated departments

5. Taking care of repairs to the damaged trailer

    • Getting timely approvals for repairs
    • If need be, co-ordinate to bring damaged trailers to Laredo, TX for repairs

6. Communicating with the customer regarding the claim and following up till the time the customer does not accept liability and the cost of damages is not recovered

7. Co-ordinate with Accounts Receivables in terms of payment confirmation.


  • University degree in business/commerce, administration is a must
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security/ video monitoring role
  • Possess and utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, and find solutions to solving them independently in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and other applications.
  • Inbuilt ability to multi-task, working on more than one issue simultaneously.
  • Able to carry out tasks with little or no supervision and to act swiftly on projects amp; goals outlined.
