Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up. We are currently looking for an experienced Driver Support Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
You will work with office and account in completing process and resolving challenges by collaborating with drivers and other associates.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist and advise drivers on company information
- Establish and manage proper workflow to ensure daily, weekly and monthly DOT / IFTA reporting and requirements are met
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Ensure safety amp; security procedures are adhered to
- Overlook effective equipment maintenance
- Monitor driver logs and ELD hours of service
- Maintain Driver files and compliance
- Discipline drivers when necessary
- Other Ad hoc responsibilities
Requirements
- College diploma or university degree preferred
- Good knowledge about Trucks rules and regulations.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English.
- Morning shift and Alternate weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- High level of personal integrity, objectivity and honesty.
