Job Description:

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in the overall success and effectiveness of Sales Operations. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Product to develop, implement and administer ProducePay’s sales processes and effectively manage data. You will perform reporting and conduct analyses to ensure that sales metrics and processes support and align with overall company goals and go-to-market business strategies.

A successful candidate will have a broad understanding of sales and business operations with exceptional analytical and organizational skills. They must also be comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting hard deadlines. Additionally, they are naturally collaborative and when faced with a difficult problem they don't hesitate in gathering input and engaging others to solve the puzzle. A love of the details, with excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills are a must. You are confident in your calculation and analytic abilities, and are known for accuracy.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Compile, organize, analyze, and report on a wide variety of data for the sales team to enable lead scoring and call targeting
  • Update and audit revenue data to ensure accuracy
  • Work closely with the VP of Business Operations to ensure accurate crediting and payment of commission to sales representatives and managers
  • Support the administration of Salesforce to ensure that territory/account assignment are accurately implemented and updated
  • Participate in the design/implementation process for system enhancements and complete user training Required Qualifications:
    • Proven ability to organize and analyze large sets of data into meaningful and concise reports
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
    • Proficient in word/office suites, as well as Excel including pivot tables, macros, etc.
    • Proficiency or acumen in sophisticated analytical and data visualization tools (R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus but not required
    • Exceptional documentation, data management, and analysis skills
    • Comfortable and confident speaking with Directors and C-level executives
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
