Role amp; ResponsibilitiesYou have a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital environments in roles such as Digital planner or a Social Media strategist.
In-depth knowledge of the Social Media environment, formats, and trends.
You know the basics of the digital paid media environment.
You know how to build a content strategy and set roles for social media platforms.
You already take part in proposing a digital ecosystem for your clients.
You know the basics of how to measure success and which metrics are the valuable ones according to objectives, digital channels, and formats.
Ability to develop strategic thinking, but you also identify when tactical thinking is the way to go.
You have an eye to detect business opportunities and develop the right solution.
You helped developed consumer journeys and have the skills to clearly articulate your findings and opportunities in excellent storytelling.
You used common research and analysis tools such as Sysomos, Statista, Global Web Index, Facebook Insights, or Social Bakers.
You played along and develop empathy and commitment between the internal teams.
Sometimes you take the lead when needed in front of the clients and you provide a valuable strategic POV.
Nothing, not even a small detail escapes from you as you are well organized.
You can tackle every pitch and new business project, even from industries you never worked for before
Requirements
You are recursive when building a strategy.
You have excellent writing skills.
You have great verbal skills and people get your point without gibberish.
You have experience reading qualitative and quantittive data.
You have the clarity to recognize valuable findings in a sea of data.
Fast thinking for accelerated client dynamics.
Friendly and political expressions skills in English (80%) and Spanish.
You are aware of your personality strengths but also you are humble enough to identify your weaknesses.
