KYC Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description
TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as Wells Fargo, AIB and ING.
The role will be part of the Global Risk and Compliance Department and will be responsible for checking the quality of the work of the AML analysts within the team, providing support to the Americas Compliance Team.
Responsibilities
- Sample checking of the work items completed by analysts
- Tracking the findings
- Provides quality feedback and recommendations to the analysts and the team leaders
- Create and maintain the procedures for the Quality Assurance and Compliance testing
- Maintain high levels of accuracy during quality checks
- Ensure internal AML processes are working correctly
Requirements
- KYC experience and knowledge
- Experience in online payments processing systems will be considered as advantage
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent English, both spoken and written
- Documentation handling experience
