Working across global clients including Mastercard and The Home Depot.
The Creative Director will become a key part of the Creative amp; Experience leadership team, a global function within Jellyfish with over 400+ designers, copywriters, producers and technologists. You will be working with teams to deliver marketing campaigns across all digital platforms with a focus on Content Creation, Digital Advertising and DCO.
As a creative leader you will be passionate in leading digital projects that combine data-led insights and captivating creative. Connecting the data and the craft. And be responsible for the quality of creative output of the growing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs
- Manage multiple digital creative and content-led projects from concept through to completion
- Develop digital creative concepts that meet/surpass client objectives
- Provide creative direction for the Creative amp; Experience team and the wider business
- Ensure that all work is of an exceptionally high standard, in-line with best practice and delivered on time
- Provide leadership and inspiration for local and global copywriters, designers and art directors
- Work with the Jellyfish leadership to develop integrated brand campaigns
- Support building creative capabilities in the region and align with our global vision for the growth of the Camp;E network
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior creative direction role, specifically within the digital marketing industry
- Advanced knowledge of multiple areas across the digital and advertising industry, including social, display and app
- University Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising or related field (not essential)
- Amazing copywriting and conceptual abilities
- Management experience working on digital projects
- Understanding of Ad Creative and Rich Media asset development, DCO / Dynamic ads assets building and feeds would be advantageous
- Ability to lead projects from concept to completion
- Experience with using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator amp; InDesign) and Figma, with an understanding of HTML capabilities
- Ability to communicate calmly, clearly and effectively
- Ability to supervise and train new employees
