We are looking for a Social Media Outreach Officer to join the global Social amp; Outreach team at ATV Global. In this position you will be responsible for the supplementation of the influencer outreach strategy alongside the team, helping grow, maintain, and take our social and influencer program to the next level. This role reports to the Social amp; Outreach Manager.
Besides being a team player and having a ‘can do’ mentality you have strong organization skills. You are pro-active and you’re an excellent multi-tasker. You are keen to be best in class in your profession and eager to learn and grow. As well as most importantly bring a positive attitude towards the role to ensure the best experience for yourself and the team.
Your day to day tasks will include the following:
- Identifying appropriate influencers by KPI, and using outreach tools in place as well as creative ways to source new talent
- Daily outreach and relationship management with influencers for partnerships
- Weekly reporting on outreach progress
- Community management (responding to posts, interacting with customers on social, and engaging with likeminded profiles)
- Keeping up to date and informing the team on current social media trends, and digital best of class campaigns
- Liaising with supply chain to handle product orders and deliveries

Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (preferably a communication / media / marketing study)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 1 year experience in social media, customer service or digital marketing within the retail sector, can be with a brand or at an agency
- Able to take a hands on approach and have a solution driven work ethic
- Dependable as the role is based on based on remote working, it’s important that you can handle and take responsibility of your task load
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding and interest for social media including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube, and you follow influencers and understand basics of an influencer partnership
- Analytical and data driven, knowledge of what are important KPI’s in social and influencers campaigns
- High energy and ability to work with short lead times and deliver results with quick turnaround
