Our CDMX Monks are looking for an outstanding Digital Producer who is eager to steal the show as the showrunner of our projects.
Role amp; Responsibilities
- In this junior to mid-level position, you’ll act in concert with top-name clients to pitch, plot and produce amazing ads and assets.
- You’ll preside over the production of display ads and other advertising content MediaMonks produces for brands such as Jumbo, Netflix, Heineken and Booking.com.
- As the nexus between idea and execution, you work in close collaboration with our clients to set up new projects responding to client briefs and RFPs co-creating pitches, treatments and proposals.
- You help lead projects towards a sign-off and turn them into a success by managing the production on our behalf.
- Your role is to bring all of our in-house talents and teams together and make sure great work is being produced between our HQ and other offices around the world.
- You’ll help to scope and quote the work, establishing what gets done and when (U lt;3 SOWs) to make sure projects are profitable and doable.

Requirements
- For this position, we're looking for production talent with 2+ years of experience working as a producer in digital advertising or production.
- You’re fluent in both English and Dutch.
- You have a keen understanding of what is needed to make digital projects come about.
- You’re a natural hustler, quick to learn and eager to succeed.
- Leading the production of multiple projects across clients and teams is no easy task and requires solid planning and communication skills.
- Your experience in a similar capacity has made you fabulous at dealing with stress and (stressed-out) clients.
- In short, we need a true-born team player who can successfully work across teams, time zones and technologies.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with media plans and/or managing large-scale ad campaigns.
- Experience scoping projects, providing realistic timings and resource estimates for new projects.
- Experience with digital-out-of-home (DOOH) campaigns.
