Which are the requirements ?
-Demonstrate at least 10 years of experience developing, organizing, planning, executing experiential marketing strategies at an agency, events company or with a brand for multiple clients.-Present solid experience managing the communication directly with the client.-Exhibit a vast knowledge of events, production by having strong relation with suppliers. -Showcase a vast knowledge in planning and execution of events. -Hold a Bachelors degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, events or any related field.-Show an english proficiency level (C1)- MUST.Which will be your responsibilities?- Support, nurture, lead and aggressively grow the experiential marketing department.- Develop and maintain best practices.- Develop and Sell ideas created in conjunction with multiple regional creative teams.- Ensure impeccable standards in all styles of events and continually work to better pricing, processes and in general make more efficient the operation of the department.- Running and operating all sizes of events, functions, parties for corporate, lifestyle, fashion and cultural clients.-Attend and respond to customers effectively, prepare presentations for the client (progress, reports, results).-Prepare budgets and maintain control of them.-Conduct negotiations with suppliers.
