Description:

The Head of Account Management (AM) will lead ProducePay's growing customer service team. He or she will improve on the record of strong retention of ProducePay customers by solving problems for clients throughout their harvest period and ensuring a successful harvest season for all ProducePay customers.

Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute a compelling account management strategy that drives success for ProducePay and our customers over the long term
  • Drive meaningful revenue growth and upsell opportunities across ProducePay existing customer base as we continue to scale rapidly
  • Become a key customer partner and problem solver for clients, developing strategic relationships with the owners and operators of fresh produce farmsGrow, develop, and lead a team of world-class account managers in California and Mexico
  • Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment that is different every day - fresh produces never sleeps!
  • Delivering world-class results, while continuously challenging yourself and your team to be more ambitious
