About the Position:

Daily duties and responsibilities include: troubleshooting with property IT resources or conference attendees to resolve connection issues, documenting and tracking all troubleshooting completed within the ticketing system, and recognizing and resolving larger network issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor network devices and respond to all alarms in a timely manner
  • Identify and troubleshoot Network issues ranging in complexity from down wireless access points, to network abuse, and device configuration issues
  • Assist Customer Support in the following proper troubleshooting methods and resolving end user issues
  • Thoroughly document and track trouble-shooting procedures
  • Manage amp; maintain compliance to Single Digits firmware and configuration standards using industry best practices
  • Troubleshoot issues pertaining to installed equipment at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Adhere to Change Management Process amp; Policy
  • Properly prioritize and balance workflow

Requirements

This position requires a highly-motivated individual willing to work as part of a team in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times is expected. A proven track record of punctual and consistent attendance must be provided. Flexibility in scheduling a must; evenings and weekends.

  • NET+, CCent, CCNA certificates or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in technical troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated soft skills
  • Basic RF comprehension
  • Knowledge of basic Networking protocols
  • Previous education in Network Management a plus
  • Fluency in English
