We need a performance marketing specialist for the Marketing family, working hard in order to exponentiate the impact of our campaigns, segmenting and qualifying leads, through a solid paid Digital Marketing strategy. You will be responsible for:


  • Collaborate bringing new doctors and clinics for our market in México
  • Setting up and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns
  • Spread the message of Doctoralia through social media and digital channels
  • Follow up on Marketing and Acquisition KPI’s.
  • Implement and optimize successful online marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Propose and execute data-driven new initiatives and A/B experiments

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media or related
  • At least 2 years of experience setting up and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, start-up mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Consider yourself analytical, with a growth marketing mindset and results-oriented
  • Have experience setting-up and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels applying best practices for each acquisition channel
  • Fast learner amp; curious mindset - embraces change
  • Have lots of ideas on how to acquire thousands of doctors and clinics for Doctoralia
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads (must have)
  • Excel intermediate level
  • English intermediate level, so you can collaborate with people handling same positions in Brazil, Poland, Spain, Italy, Chile, Turkey
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing automation (nice to have)
  • Experience with data management and automation software (nice to have)
