Business and sales Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary partners and customers to co-develop a prospects pipeline
- Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information daily
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain the Company marketing strategy
- Create and develop a content strategy that works as a tool for prospecting (minimum 1 article per day)
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
Requirements
Education/Experience
- Super entrepreneur mindset
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire new and existing customers to close deals.
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability Education, Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Strong experience with technology and understanding of digital experiences and tools
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps for Work
- Ability to create and deploy content through a CMS
