Bunny Studio has developed a unique API that delivers streamlined voice, writing, translation, and audio ads in multiple languages. They are in search of a Sales Operations Manager to aid in promoting and delivering these offerings to a massive global partner network. We focus on creating a positive customer experience in order to build long-standing relationships. If you have a successful track record in sales operations, working with a team of high-skills sales individuals within the creative services industry we wish to hear from you.

In this role, you will be a meaningful part of our growth responsible for providing first-class operational support to our Sales organization. You will help drive business plans, define sales processes, analyze revenue trends and critical metrics among other special projects to enhance productivity. In addition, you will drive operational excellence in the areas of reporting, process, workflows, communication, and strategy.


Role responsibilities and day-to-day:
  • Partner with sales leadership to discover opportunities for the sales process and methodology improvements while helping the Sales Reps drive improvements and challenge the status quo.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and the business to further develop metrics, performance indicators, analytics, and dashboard to provide performance measurement and drive business performance through deep business insight.
  • Assist Sales Leadership with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection.
  • Assist with onboarding and training process of new Sales Reps.
  • Identify and manage project rollouts for new tools and techniques that Sales Reps can use to increase the efficiency of their workflow.
  • Ensure that the sales tools and systems (i.e. HubSpot, Kennected, etc.) are organized, efficient, and well-managed. Develop a high-level understanding of how these systems interconnect and work with sales leadership to direct any needed improvements or fixes.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure accurate and timely lead routing, and that the sales team has the necessary information and resources for lead follow-up.
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, and system enhancements, and industry standards sharing.
  • Further develop account scoring, territory optimization, and quota build models.
  • Provide front line support for other operational functions including contracts, finance, and other business systems to provide support to PAMs and KAMs for common business and day-to-day operational situations.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience in a sales operations role, consulting role, or business analyst role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
  • ENG level C1.
  • Interpersonal skills across a multi-level global organization with a validated focus on being able to translate data and metrics into predictable business insight.
  • Skilled at interpreting complex business documents/reports, build and present process documentation, and training.
  • Detail orientated and highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of technology integration.
  • Experience presenting to Senior Level leaders.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Must be a highly process-driven salesperson.
  • Working knowledge of g suite platform.
  • Working knowledge SaaS collaboration tools.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tech and marketing tech tools.
  • Ability to manage and forecast deals in CRM.
  • Able to work under own initiative as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Have experience in working with Hubspot.

Compensation budget expectations

Depending on your level of experience and match with our requirements the gross salaries are:

Level 1, Junior: $18,728.07

Level 2, intermediate: $22,473.68
