Job Description

We are seeking a talented and ambitious manual test engineer to help test and validate the complex systems that our teams create. You will work with the web and mobile developers to test the applications used to interact with our autonomous vehicles.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze results of test cases.
Analyze failures and collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure root cause is investigated
Working with Product and Design teams in understanding design and product requirements.
Drive efficiencies to improve process and technical implementations: Preparing documentation summarizing test results and providing clear status reports
Communicating with developers on and product teams on specific application issues
Prioritizing QA issues and facilitate issue resolution
Working with product or project managers to establish timing and ensure timely completion of QA elements
Work in close collaboration with software developers and other test engineers to produce high quality products
Developing and maintain QA guidelines and process documentation
Requirements
Requirements:
3 years of QA experience on web and/or mobile applications across multiple environments/platforms. Experience with more than one type of testing, for example, regression testing, ad hoc testing, feature testing, security testing, user interface testing, integration testing, performance testing, and/or user acceptance testing, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual tests and test data.
Extensive experience with the Agile methodology and frequent releases
Experience in multi-platform testing (desktop, tablet, mobile) and multi-browser testing
Experience with quality assurance metrics and reporting.
Bonus:
Experience with software development tools and methods
Experience and familiarity with Test case management and defect tracking tools such as TestRail, JIRA Experience and familiarity with Linux
Experience with container services - Docker
