As a DiDi SSC Manager, you will soon have the opportunity to structure and expand a service center for Latin America. You will have interaction with most areas of the company, allowing an exchange ofknowledge and experience. You will have a chance to work in an innovative and dynamic business that values diversity and individuality.Your Responsabilities
  • Leadership and resilience to start building a shared services center soon.
  • Search for productivity and efficiency in processes (E2E revision).
  • Invoice processing routines (receipt and analysis), including monthly closing.
  • Accounts payable management (including refunds and corporate credit card), including monthly/annual closing.
  • Risk management with a proactive attitude and total adherence to internal controls.
  • Elaboration and monitoring of KPIs.
  • Treasury support with all the inputs required for cash flow.
  • Automation and process improvements - go into the details (E2E).
  • Reconciliation.- Team management - focused on development and performance improvement.
  • Scope Latin America - different legal entities in different countries, operating with different systems.
The Successful Applicant
  • Complete degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
  • Fluent English- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting concepts;- Attention to the details.
  • Good organization, with the ability to complete tasks and keep records properly stored.
  • Hands on profile;- Resilience.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Experience in shared service center management.
  • High level of integrity.
