Human Resource Generalist - Mexico and Buenos Aires

We are looking for an ambitious Human Resource Generalist to own the on boarding process, be the first line for employee benefits and employee relations.

Day to day duties amp; responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding process end to end.
• Work with Global IT to request New Hire employee e-mail, portals, and laptops
• Work with third party Payroll and legal teams to drive set up of New Hire documents and payroll.
• Set-up and maintain employee profiles using HRIS, ADP WorkForce Now
• Create and share employee surveys for business analysis.
• Monitor HR inbox in both Spanish amp; English for employee queries.
• Work on other HR projects as required, including but not limited to assisting with employee events through the year, and running reports from the HRIS.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an HR generalist in Mexico. Additional experience in Buenos Aires++, but not required.
• Knowledge of the Mexico labor laws and market to guide business decisions on hiring and HR related actions.
• Knowledge of standard Mexico benefit packages for mid-size companies. Information Technology industry knowledge preferred but not required.
• Should be well versed with MS office products - excel, word, outlook with reading, writing and speaking proficiency fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Must have good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills.
• High Attention to Detail and sense of urgency is required to accommodate our heavy growth cycles.
• Experience with analysis of company policies and benefits and ability to identify areas of focus for competitive packages against the Mexican labor market.
• Experience using HRIS, ADP Workforce Now preferred, we will train on any gap areas. Working knowledge is ok.
• Knowledge of different Visas and hiring options in Mexico for non-Citizens. IE: TRV, PRV
