About the role

As a B2B Business Development Manager, you will work with our product team to advance the definition of our B2B offering getting it to an MVP state. Then you will lead the comercial efforts driving the initial adoption of the product.

• Manage a sales-prospects funnel.
• Reach out to potential customers.
• Work alongside our product team to identify and refine a B2B buyer persona.
• Sell customers on our product vision and how Sofía will improve their lives
• Gather and synthesise customer feedback, then work with our product team to incorporate your insights into a product roadmap
• Work with customers and our ops team to successfully activate and deploy our offering post sale

Requirements

What skills do you need to succeed in the role?

• You are proficient in at least one CRM platform.
• You are skilled at managing multiple sales processes simultaneously.
• You have impecable communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
• You are an empathetic listener who can understand and distill customer needs.
• You are highly goals oriented.

Which experience are we looking for?

• You have at least two years of experience in a business development or sales role, ideally at a B2B technology startup, or at a large technology company.

Bonus points

• You have worked in companies that sell to HR or benefits departments.
