The duties
- The Analyst will be responsible for the daily efforts to provide a great customer experience lt;
- Effectively delivering real-time management with the purpose of optimizing resources to achieve business objectives with effective scheduling,
- Real-time adjustments, staffing, and forecasting to describe,
- Predict, and improve business performance.
- Review the metrics and performance of employees to identify trends,
- Recommend operational goals, create plans,
- Improve the overall efficiency of the operation with the creation of KPI dashboards.

- Excel / Google Sheets (Advanced)
- CRM (Plus: Hubspot)
- BI Platforms (Data studio, Power BI, Tableau)
- SQL (Intermediate)
- Workforce Management Processes (Plus)
- English (Advanced)
