The essence of the role

As Account Manager working as part of the Sinch for Marketing Managed Services team with exciting and dynamic brands including those in the telecommunications and retail categories you will coordinate the execution of mobile messaging programs. Programs are comprised of multiple campaigns and often include rich messaging, personalized video, conversational marketing (2-way messaging), and other exciting mobile communication methods that provide value and utility to customers.

Your primary responsibility is turning our clients into fans. You will work closely with the client to understand their needs and requirements and you will work with internal Sinch teams to execute flawlessly.


As our new Account Manager you will:

  • Establish, own and maintain strong relationships with client teams, and Sinch teams
  • Be expert at gathering client requirements and able to represent a strategic point of view in influencing smart scopes
  • Communicate strategically and proactively with the client regarding briefing requirements, timelines, goals, objectives, KPIs, results, and risk identification and mitigation
  • Work closely with Project Managers and subject matter experts - including creative, analytics, engineering and media on all aspects of delivery
  • Work across a variety of project and program types in parallel including those providing standard and rich mobile messaging, email marketing, conversational messaging and other CRM solutions
  • Lead client and agency meetings
  • Build decks and slideware for client meetings and presenations in collaboration with applicable service delivery teams
  • Be responsible for capturing meeting notes and disseminating to client and project team
  • Maintain expectations of superior quality in all aspects of client interaction and service delivery
  • Partner with Account Director on account growth, quality of the work, and client and team health
  • Keep Account Director informed on status and health of account and client relationship

Who are you?

  • Native Spanish speaker, bilingual with fluency in English
  • 5+ years experience managing clients, projects and programs on a day-to-day basis.
  • Have experience working in the telecommunications space
  • Have CRM background
  • At ease cultivating strong client relationships and establishing healthy team culture
  • Solid listener, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of products
  • Detail-oriented
  • Solutions minded
  • Self starter
