What will I be doing?

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our Customer Experience team. Currently, the team is made up of 25 people of different nationalities. We look for a problem solver that has excellent communication skills and willing to provide the best answer to our clients. If you are looking for a challenge, join our Family!

Requirements

We look for ambitious people who want to start a career in Customer Experience. We look for people who can work in the Latam market as well as the Spanish market. Our office is in Mexico

Required skills:

  • Self-motivated and autonomous.
  • Great multitasker.
  • Flexible, fast learner ( you should get easily familiar with software systems)
  • Excellence in communicating and problem-solving
  • Native level of Spanish
  • Fluent English
  • Previous experience in Customer Support/Experience
