The IT Project Manager ensures customer satisfaction by efficiently delivering projects on their scope, schedule, and quality. This role is responsible for all IT project stages: the definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivering.
Key Responsibilities
*Establish project goals and planning to meet those goals effectively and on time by implementing IT strategies.
*Gather and analyze business requirements.
*Maintain project timeframes by risk mitigation and addressing project obstacles. Follow-up estimate and project timeline.
*Understanding of scope (what is and what is not within scope).
*In charge of communication between the client and the team by identifying the client’s business needs and working with the Technical Lead to translate these requirements into technical deliverables.
*Change and expectation management. To be sure the team and client are aligned with the checklist/procedures.
*Management of resources. The coordination of project team members (developing schedules and individual responsibilities).
*Escalation of issues and addressing those issues.
*Prepare and maintain the necessary project documentation ( work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, status reports, lessons learned)
*Organize daily stand-up meetings to define the scope of daily work.
