At Lab5 we make clients happy, build great tech solutions, and work with amazing people. We follow four key values to make this happen:
- Expertise: We are the best at what we do, and we bring experience from a wide variety of fields.
- Accountability: We do what we say we’re going to do, and we own the results.
- Advocacy: We look out for our clients’ interests and we make sure they’re proud of what we’ve done.
- Clarity: We try not to overcomplicate things. Clarity and simplicity are core to how we communicate in our meetings, emails, and any client work.
As a UX/UI Designer in one of Lab5’s global delivery centers, you’ll be supporting a global team of salespeople, functional analysts, and developers in designing the interactions that will ultimately be built into our clients’ projects. As a Salesforce Implementation partner, most of the UX/UI work done at Lab5 will be in the Lightning Design System, but other design systems may be used from time to time. Your day-to-day will be spent consulting with internal and external stakeholders on UX research, wireframing, UI design, and more. You’ll also be responsible for performing UX reviews of completed features and providing feedback to developers.
