Responsibilities
- Build data systems and pipelines
- Conduct complex data analysis and report on results
- Analyze and organize raw data
As a leader, you will have a data engineering team reporting to you. You will work with customers to provide updates on data pipeline projects and help evaluate and mentor data engineers within your team.
Requirements
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java and Python)
- PySpark, AWS (Glue, S3, Step Functions), Git, CI/CD, SQL, Bash
- Hands-on experience with SQL database design
- Data engineering certification (e.g., IBM Certified Data Engineer) is a plus.
- Great numerical and analytical skills
- Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
