General Description:

As a Data Analyst for our influencer campaigns, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Influencer campaigns return the best possible results for our clients. You will be in charge of ensuring that the campaign is set-up for success with our Influencer Managers, you will then ensure that paid media is run to support the KPIs, ensuring the best media planning, campaign optimization, and measuring and ensuring the best possible insight reports for our clients.

As a Data Analyst you combine your passion for creative marketing solutions with a strong analytical approach. You don’t settle for anything less than the best performing campaigns, and this is why you are results-driven, not afraid to make changes for better results and proactively implementing your analytical skills at work. You possess a high level of business sense, communication skills and professionalism, as you interface with internal project teams and external clients on a daily basis.

You will join our team based in Mexico City, and will work closely with both the team there and the team located in our Los Angeles amp; New York offices.

Previous Experience

  • Required work experience: at least 2 years creating paid media strategy in a client-facing role
  • Experience managing paid search and social budgets, from conceptual planning to tactical recommendations, across Google, Bing, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Experience working with Influencers preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities
  • Comfortable managing client communication without requiring involvement from an account manager
  • Languages: Fluent English and Spanish proficient
  • Experience with Google Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, SQL, Data Studio, Creator IQ, Social Bakers, Klipfolio or any other Data Visualization tool

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide your expertise across different campaigns: from media planning, execution of advertising campaigns, measurements/analytics of influencers, channel optimization, and reporting;
  • Working across multiple client accounts to provide the best delivery and results in various campaigns;
  • Measurement/analytics of campaigns: constantly providing insights to the internal teams and clients based on data;
  • Media planning and scope for upcoming campaigns;
  • Develop and execute Paid Social/Boosting campaigns for multiple clients on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and others
  • Working within set budgets to plan and achieve campaign KPIs;
  • Benchmarking and measuring influencer marketing activities; Forecast performance and spend for future budget recommendations
  • Weekly and monthly data/intelligence reviews with project teams on campaign and influencer performance with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
  • Translate strategic recommendations concerning digital experiences into actionable items
  • Collaborate with organic social and other paid media account leads to ensure strategies are aligned across all channels
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Conduct extensive audience, placement, and platform research to help inform Paid Social strategies for our clients
  • Collaborate with other team members on research, campaign creation, and optimization efforts
  • Track and analyze SEO in order to provide effective solutions for content optimization
  • Assist in new business efforts/sales pitches as needed
  • Support clients and team members on non-social paid media initiatives when departmental needs arise
