About the role

This is a role in the Growth and Marketing team where we design and implement strategies that help the right people find Sofía and understand how our offering can help them improve their life.

As an Associate Growth Product Manager, your mission will be to identify the most promising ideas that could improve growth goals (acquisition, monetization, engagement, retention) and then execute hypothesis-driven experimentation to learn and make progress as quickly as possible.

What you'll do

• Understand our customer journeys, our funnels and previous experiment results through quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Identify big opportunities to reach our growth goals, which currently focus on customer acquisition and conversion
• Formulate and prioritize hypothesis and corresponding experiments to validate them
• Execute hypothesis-driven experimentation on our customer journeys to validate our ideas as quickly as possible
• Collaborate with areas such as engineering, design, product, marketing, and sales during ideation and delivery phases
• Communicate growth progress and next steps across the team and company
• Build up expertise in our growth model, and support efforts across the company with this perspective

Requirements

You are a great fit for the role if you.

• Have worked in a Product, Marketing, Growth, Sales or Operations role in a tech company, team or similar roles for at least 2 years
• Thrive doing analysis and investing time to extract insights from data and user research
• Have a great drive towards making things happen, this is a highly executional role and speed is important
• Enjoy thinking from first principles and validating through hypothesis-driven experimentation as quickly as possible
• Have great attention to detail and understands that the quality of your learnings depends on it
• Are someone that enjoys working with others, are a great communicator, manage conflict and understand that, together, a team can go much further

• Have driven significant product changes as a product manager or engineer lead
• Have significant marketing or sales experience
• Have a background coding any type of language (SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, Matlab, etc.)
