About the role

This is a role in the Growth and Marketing team where we design and implement strategies that help the right people find Sofía and understand how our offering can help them improve their life.

As a Comms and Marketing Associate, your mission will be to create and drive our Public Relations and Influencer Marketing strategies.

What you'll do

• Prospect and find possible influencers and manage all our current influencer relations
• Search for and generate media opportunities for the company, including publications, podcasts, interviews and other formats
• Create press releases for company and product updates that may be relevant for our current strategy
• Work with our content and marketing team to drive and manage media partnerships
• Research and identify trends that may be relevant for our target or the company's goals and objectives
• Plan and schedule influencer calendars, coordinate deliverables and create reports based on each individual strategy and goals
• Identify conversational opportunities to generate brand awareness and growth
• Collaborate with areas such as copywriting, design, product, sales, data, customer experience and others during ideation and delivery phases

Requirements

You are a great fit for the role if you

• Know who's who in the influencer and Public Relations universe
• Have worked on PR or influencer marketing for at least 2 years (bonus points if you have worked with a tech company before)
• Enjoy talking to people, sparking conversations and creating strong media relations
• Have a great drive towards making things happen, you need to be able to drive projects from conception to execution constantly
• Are someone who is not afraid to experiment and have fun while creating something of value
• Have experience creating PR and influencer strategies and creating custom made reports for specific goals
• Are someone that enjoys working with others, are a great communicator, manage conflict and understand that, together, a team can go much further

• Have some knowledge of the startup, health or insurance sectors
• Has a proven record of successfully implementing a PR strategy
• Understands and loves the fast pacing start-up needs and challenges
