We are looking for a Customer Service amp; Support who is excited about working in a start-up and will thrive in a fun, everchanging - challenging environment. The Customer Service amp; Support will provide training and support to users of our customers, mainly doctors, regarding how to use Tuotempo in Mexico.

ROLE

  • Understand the product overall amp; gain deep knowledge of the impact of our features on individual doctors
  • Onboard doctors to the platform amp; align with customer success in order to customise the training to the needs of the hospital.
  • Respond to doctor questions in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Organise webinars in order to train doctors (platform end users) and advocate on the importance of digital transformation.
  • Proactively identify training opportunities within the assigned doctor portfolio and work with the Customer Success Executive to include them in the customer plan.
  • Get in touch with the doctors to perform training sessions, understand their challenges and encourage deeper feature adoption to answer their needs.
  • Ensure high doctor satisfaction. Keep track of these metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of previous experience in software post-sale positions or providing advice, training or classes related to the use of any system / software.
  • Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
  • Experience within an enterprise software is a plus
  • Experience in digital healthcare is a plus
  • Management and control of video call tools or platforms: energy, presentation and technical use,
  • Excellent communication skills - using language with precision,
  • Comfortable in an ever changing - fast paced environment
  • Basic English
