The ultimate task of the Account Management department is to take on the guiding role in the customer journey of each Closed Won account in the company and to ensure a smooth ride from the onboarding process to the payment letter and beyond. The AM must become the client's trusted consultant by demonstrating a delivery of real value to their business. Must also become the company's liaison to achieve Customer Success, this last represented in: Successful funding, Revenue Growth and Customer Retention.


  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field).
    • English 90%.
    • 1+ years’ relevant business experience: sales, account executive, account management or related business relationship management and business development.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure.
    • Strong people skills: team player,effectively communicate, problem solver, minimize conflict and maximize rapport, develop productive working relationship.
    • Software: CRM (Salesforce), proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Slack.
