Main content generator (letters, press releases, digital texts, data sheets, corporate biography, newsletter, positions, spokesperson documents, Qamp;A interviews, script for audiovisual content, etc.)
Crisis management and development of positions on sensitive issues.
Monitoring of short, medium and long term metrics.
Collaboration with client teams and departments, in the process of creating relationships with external audiences, and aligning work processes with other teams.
Daily supervision of work and projects to guarantee quality and their contribution to the communication strategy.
Continuous update on industry and customer-related topics, as well as communication trends and best practices.
Relationship with KOL and media
Media Relations and Attention Plan
Weekly meetings and monitoring of the execution
Efficiency tracking and local coverage
Toolkits and materials for local implementation of national plans
Participation in weekly meetings and presentations with leadership teams
Integration of digital strategy and tactics in 360 communication plans.
Operational supervision of Guidelines, Suppliers, Intelligence and media monitoring, communication deliverables.
