In the Art Director Medium Seniority position, you’ll provide creative solutions (conceptualization, design, thinking and execution) for projects with high creative demand and a 360 environment. This is a role where you’ll partner with an entertainment, editorial, and popular culture company in their marketing campaigns for LATAM. In this role you will:
- Conceptualize, generate, structure, develop narrative and execute ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Visual direction (design, graphics, assembly, art direction, execution, graphic localization).
- Receive briefs and deliver proper ideas based on its needs.
- Work closely with a copywriter in order to conceptualize solid ideas.
- Think in movement; working closely with the animation and multimedia production team.
- Presentation to clients and producers both in Spanish and English.
- Produce the visual needs of the ideas.
- Adapt assets based on local context.
Requirements
- BA on design, visual communication, advertising.
- More than 3 years as Art Designer where they demonstrate responsibilities similar to the current position.
- Experience conceptualizing, creating, and understanding advertising strategies, generation of ideas, participation in advertising festivals, diversity of performances (visuals and stunts), creation of visual concepts, art, and creative input
- Lead customer relationship (100% client-facing).
- Medium flexibility must be able to design and adapt assets for animation and multiple media outposts.
- Must be aware of pop culture, new series, movies, and social media conversations.
- Social Media Savvy (must have and use social networks daily).
- Doing some Illustration is a plus.
- Great English communication skills.
- Be up to date with innovative audiovisual content formats.
- Fluency in relation to several ECD's / HoC's / Planners / Data managers.
- Competency in collaboration, empathy, responsibility, ownership, commitment, flexibility, initiative.
- Highly focused on detail.
