Now, about the opportunity: In the Designer position, you’ll be the gatekeeper for creative work including, design support for Art Directors and building incoming assets to spec for final release. You will be responsible for creating pixel-perfect files for mostly digital executions including; emails, banner ads, websites and sometimes print. You’ll move fluidly in a Mac OS environment, between applications in Adobe Creative Suite as well as Sketch, Figma, and Google apps. Our Designers are the force to make Art Directors’ concepts a reality. Great talent thrives in our worldare you in?

This is a role where you’ll partner with some of the world’s top tech brands from the client to the copywriter, as well as the creative leads and the project management team. You’ll define colors, specs, efficiencies, and templates within our clients’ brand guidelines. Attention to detail, solid ownership, and a thirst for building consistent, quality work is a must. Your time will be spent in our Mexico City office once it’s safe to return. Until then this position will be remote. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities.

In this role you will:

• Support Art Directors and Creative Directors with design responsibilities
• Produce creative assets: scaling, cropping, photo retouching
• Prepare clean files for web development, email marketing, social sharing, and printing
• Organize and archive files and assets
• Produce mock-ups and comps as needed
• Work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects

Requirements

Experience you already have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and digital production
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish with an ability to catch typos is required
• Knowledge of Sketch, as well as Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Figma is plus
• Fluent in Google G Suite, including Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets
• Extensive experience with file organization, managing multiple file versions, naming conventions, and assets
• Ability to follow brand and process guidelines
• Solid understanding of typography, color spaces, and page layout
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand, and deadline-driven environment
• Agency experience a must
