GEM One is a brand new TECH company within the TVH Holding that aims at developing future-proof solutions for optimal fleet performance management in multiple domains such as: track amp; trace, operational efficiency, security amp; safety and service amp; maintenance. We offer cloud-based solutions and the necessary hardware components to intelligently gather and enrich data of industrial equipment to streamline fleet management related processes.

To support the rapid growth of Gem One, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist Mexico.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Be responsible for all-round administrative tasks to support our operations team in their day-to-day tasks
  • Create overviews in Excel
  • Input all the data in our CRM System: Salesforce
  • Prepare and check the invoices
  • Be our logistics responsible for everything related to 'Pick, Pack amp; Ship'
  • You will help with the on-boarding of our new clients, explain to them our platform a
  • You will help with customer support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • You are internationally oriented and have a proficient command of English and Spanish (both spoken en written). Knowledge of any other language is a very nice to have
  • Team player with a flexible attitude
  • Customer oriented and IT minded
