About the role
As a B2B Senior Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing our B2B prospect funnel, using a consultative sales approach to understand the needs of potential customers, get them to know Sofía, and ultimately convince them to purchase Sofía.
What you'll do
- Talk with prospects, understand their pains and connect them to how Sofía solves their needs.
- Manage the prospects' funnel in our CRM to guarantee an organized sales process.
- Coordinate contract signing and onboarding process with help from other Sofía teams.
- Qualify and manage inbound leads.
- Search for high quality outbound leads and build our opportunity database.
- Serve as a first point-of-contact for requests from our B2B customers.
- Gather and synthesize feedback to influence our target customer, value proposition, and product features.

What skills do you need to succeed in the role?
- You are proficient in at least one CRM platform.
- You are skilled at managing multiple sales processes simultaneously.
- You have impeccable communication skills, both speaking and in writing.
- You are an empathetic listener who can understand and distill customer needs.
- You are highly goals-oriented.
Which experience are we looking for?
- You have at least two years of experience in a business development or sales role, ideally at a B2B technology startup.
