Club Feast is a high-growth food delivery service offering restaurant meals cooked and delivered to our customer’s home. Our technology platform allows our customers to choose meals from local restaurants for as little as $6.99 per meal.
The City Operations Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing Community Team as a clever and resourceful City Operations Manager. You will work in the trenches of a startup as a member of the close-knit group that drives the company’s core activity - Delivery Operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the growing driver community and internal Operations team.
You will need to be able to do a little bit of everything and do it well. Are you a smart and resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid of tackling one task, then the next, then thinks, What else can I do to help out? If so, this position will expose you to all departments and allow you to navigate your own road map to success, explore your interests within the organization, and grow with the company.
Requirements
Specific responsibilities include:
- Manage our driver fleet and ensure proper routing and delivery logistics between customers and restaurants
- Retaining effective relationships with large groups of independently contracted delivery specialists drivers, in a way that consistently meets their needs and those of the company
- Help optimize driver growth and scalability
- Work directly with the greater team to continually optimize company operations
- Communicate key insights and proactively make recommendations to senior leadership
- Support the operations team and oversee daily schedule changes to ensure real time driver coverage.
Experience/Skills
- 5 years experience in logistics and operations is preferred
- Process driven with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Some high-growth operations, technology, or startup experience
- Experience reporting on weekly metrics and owning KPIs
Self-motivated and self-starting - work well independently and possess strong organization and time management skills
Project management experience in a cross-functional setting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
