Multiplica Talent is looking for you! We are a human resources consultancy specializing in digital talent.

The Creative Director Latam is responsible for the crafting and execution cycles for our creativity efforts in Spanish speaking Latam. This position will have a squad of creatives to be managed and will support our regional staffing efforts.

Your Impact

• Drive creativity to a global competitive level for the company.
• Drive the execution of creative efforts for the company in all areas: internally and externally
• Project manage creative agencies in the region, always ensuring creative autonomy by the Creative Lab, updating on status the VP Marketing and Head of Creative LatAm.
• Coordinate production efforts
• Link creativity with Data and help build the team a data methodology to capture human insights.
• Create a collaboration bridge and process between the Creative Lab, Brand Strategy + Planning, and Design units.
• Help nurture a descentralized network of talent, to be switched on/off depending on the Creative Lab Team
• Supporting the mission to have our work recognized in major creativity festivals in the future.
• Create strong links with the creative community in the region and drive our efforts to become a relevant creative powerhouse in the industry.

Requirements

• 10 years+ of experience in the creative industry.
• Led creativity for top consumer brands in Latam (spanish) as Creative Director in recognized agencies or brands in SP Latam
• Proven ability to transform brand positioning and perception, with top creative work
• Deep understanding of agency structures and logistics (strategy, traffic, art, copy, finance, legal, compliance, and pr)
• Proven experience in building high talented teams and helping them grow to their best professional capacity
• Prove industry recognition at top global level.
• Passion about crypto.
