Multiplica Talent is looking for you! We are a human resources consultancy specializing in digital talent.

We are looking for a Marketing Director focused on lead the marketing strategy, brand planning and content campaigns in México.

You will:

• Build and lead a high-performance team with 2 objectives: Have a solid global brand structure and a top local marketing execution arm in every country we operate.
• Drive solid strategic insights for the Creative, Community, and Media teams.
• Data insightful individual capable of proactively feed insights into data science team to create models that can feed into a dynamic strategy.
• Lead a team of high-achievers.
• Define, measure, and report on brand performance.
• Deep knowledge of the Mexican market, able to transform knowledge into human insights to create relevant stunts, campaigns, content, and community events.
• Provide amplification efforts guidance to the media team.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience building brands into cultural relevant icons, in México.
• Fluency in English.
• Successfully pivoted the identity of established brands. You have the data to prove it.
• Track record in building and growing new brands for the masses in México. You have built Mexican brands from the ground up, including mission, vision, voice, values, value proposition, and audience segmentation.
• Executed cross-channel brand campaigns, working cross-functionally with peers in content marketing, CRM, media relations, SEM, display marketing, and social.
• Demonstrated leadership building high performance teams.
• Experience in leading work with creative / strategy agencies to drive precise results.
• Selfless leader with a human approach to management.
• Passionate about disrupting traditional banking and a believer of the power of technology + creativity to change the world.
• Acute sense to identify relevant pop culture trends.
• Made a significant, consistent, and measurable impact on business performance through brand marketing.
